Amanda was born and raised in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. She earned her associate’s degree in nursing with honors on a scholarship from a local community college before continuing her education at Ohio University, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) with honors. Amanda later went on to pursue a career as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) where she graduated with honors from Chamberlain University and earning the title of Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).

With 15 years of experience at the Cleveland Clinic, Amanda has cultivated a diverse and well-rounded nursing career. She spent five years as a bedside nurse on a cardiovascular step-down unit before transitioning to the medical ICU for another five years. Most recently as a Nurse Practitioner, Amanda has gained extensive experience across multiple specialties, including Neurology, Internal Medicine, and Cardiology, providing comprehensive care to diverse patient populations.
