Dr. Amanda Trang, a dedicated Interventional Cardiologist, embarked on her academic journey at the University of Texas, Austin, where she attained a B.A. in Biology, complimented by a Minor in Business Foundations.  This foundation propelled her into the medical realm at Texas A & M Health Science Center College of Medicine, leading to her graduation as a medical doctor in 2012.

Pursuing her passion for cardiology, Dr. Trang honed her skills and acquired rich expertise through fellowships at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.  She completed her Internal Medicine internship and residency at the prestigious Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and further distinguished herself with fellowships in both Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology.

Dr. Trang is certified by multiple esteemed medical boards, including the American Board of Internal Medicine in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Disease, and Internal Medicine.  She is also a certified member of the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology and the National Board of Echocardiography.

Over the years, Dr. Trang has played an active role in several professional affiliations, showcasing her commitment to ongoing medical education and the wider medical community.  She has been recognized with awards for her exemplary performance, including the Outstanding Graduating Fellow Award and the Chief Fellow title in Interventional Cardiology from Baylor College of Medicine.
