Dr. Brooks completed his vascular surgery residency at the internationally recognized Houston Methodist DeBakey Heart & Vascular Center, where he received extensive training in advanced vascular and endovascular procedures. He earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
Prior to his medical career, Dr. Brooks grew up in Beaumont, Texas, before serving for eight years in the United States Army as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technician. The discipline, teamwork, and commitment to service developed during his military career continue to shape his approach to patient care.
Dr. Brooks is committed to building lasting relationships with patients through education, trust, and individualized treatment plans. His goal is to help patients maintain their mobility, independence, and quality of life through innovative vascular therapies delivered with compassion and excellence.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Brooks enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and family.
